Three Easy Ways to Access Your Patient Portal

  • User Credentials

    Use your username and password (established when your account was created).

  • Mobile Phone

    Select "Using Mobile Phone". Enter your first and last name and date of birth, and then a one-time code will be sent to the phone number in your account.

  • Healow App

    Download the Healow App from your app store for mobile access.
    Use practice code GCDFAD to get connected to your medical team at DIHFS.
