If you would like to make or reschedule an appointment, obtain a refill, or speak directly with a DIHFS employee, please call the office during business hours.
If calling outside of business hours, dial the clinic phone number and press 1 to leave a message for medical, press 2 to leave a message for pharmacy, or press 4 to leave a message for dental. We will review these messages when we are back in the office.
If you have an urgent need to speak to a nurse outside of business hours, please dial the clinic phone and then press 8.
If you are calling regarding a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911.
