Social Work Interns
Our social work interns are key within our model to address holistic health issues in Native American children and families. Our Integrated Care (IC) team provides support for well child visits, screening for potential adverse childhood events, identifying needs, referrals, assessments, in support of overall family functioning. Interns may also assist in other problem-focused areas that adults and families may have, and collaborate using available resources both inside and outside the clinic, to reduce barriers to care and support positive health outcomes.
